Lies and Distractions
McCain is running a classic modern GOP campaign where the lie is actually the plan.
There's no reason to expect a McCain Presidency to be any different:

I think Gramps may have forgotten that when you run a Rovian smear campaign, you're supposed to do it sub rosa, not out in the daylight where decent people can see you.
Now, even guys like Sully are turning on McCain, although I guess even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile.
