Texas cannot leave the Union and Obama's first priorty should be to stop any such action. If Texas leaves the Union they will cut off our supply of over-sized belt buckles and goofy hats.
On the otherhand, anyone elected President of Texas would be unstable. Texas is an oil producing state. We cannot have an unstable leader destabilizing the region. Pre-emptive regime change might be necessary.
